The Space

A former public school building reconfigured into beautiful, co-working offices and a commercial kitchen, located in Pittsburgh's historic Manchester neighborhood. Doors Unhinged sourced and installed reclaimed office, emergency exit, closet and restroom doors, along with reclaimed matching hardware. This allowed our partners at Botero Development to stay on budget, fulfill their goal of supporting local innovation, and divert nearly 2 tons of high-quality materials from the landfill. By choosing reclaimed, the Botero team avoided generating carbon emissions that result from new manufacturing. And with an atmosphere that brings together old and new, the space offers its professional tenants a progressive culture--reminding them every time they walk through the door--that Fulton Commons is a place of ingenuity that’s helping to drive the circular economy.
